Teabie helps you scan wardrobe items, create outfits, plan looks, receive AI style suggestions, and generate virtual try-on previews. Some features require an active subscription or available AI credits. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only upload content you have the right to use.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Teabie (the "App" or "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Accounts And Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate others, misuse authentication systems, or attempt unauthorized access to any account or service.

You retain ownership of photos, images, outfit data, profile information, and other content you upload or create. You grant us permission to host, process, transform, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate Teabie, including AI processing and cloud storage for requested features.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise harmful. You must have the rights and permissions needed for any images you upload, including photos of people.

5. AI Features

AI-generated cutouts, classifications, recommendations, style summaries, and virtual try-on previews are provided for personal styling assistance. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or sharing them.

6. Subscriptions And AI Credits

6.1 Paid Features

Teabie may offer paid subscriptions, credit pools, or premium features. Available plans and limits may change by region, platform, or app version.

6.3 Management And Cancellation

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through iOS Settings or your Apple account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

AI features may consume credits or be subject to rate limits, plan limits, daily limits, or technical availability. Failed, abusive, automated, or policy-violating requests may be blocked or may not be credited back.

Teabie relies on third-party services including Apple, RevenueCat, cloud infrastructure providers, and AI providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policies, purchase systems, or provider-side decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

Teabie, including its software, design, branding, text, interfaces, and service infrastructure, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or Service. You may use Teabie only as permitted by these Terms and App Store rules.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an evolving basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of all content, compatibility with every device, or availability of every AI provider or feature at all times.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the Service, or used Teabie unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account where supported in the app.

12. Disclaimer Of Warranties

Teabie is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI results, recommendations, outfit previews, subscription status, or app features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, goodwill, or device availability arising from use of Teabie.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of Teabie after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
